Full payment is required upon order/checkout. You may send the payment via BDO/Gcash/Credit Card. Kindly send us a screenshot of your payment through allout.fitnessph@gmail.com Orders without payment within 72 hours shall be automatically cancelled.

We will contact you via text message on the arrangement of the shipping/delivery of your order.

We do same day delivery for items that are easier to ship but order and payment should be in on or before 1pm so we can still arrange a courier.

Lalamove is our third party courier. Delivery fee will be directly given to them via COD. We will send you the information 30 mins before we book the delivery.

All Out Fitness believes in customer satisfaction, which is why it is important for us to know if you are not satisfied with your order.

We will accept returns and/or exchanges within 30 days from delivery. Product must be in its original packaging and is in the same condition that you received it.

All Out Fitness will have the authority to accept qualified returns and/or exchanges upon reviewing the item. Shipping fee will be paid by the customer for the return.

Returns for defective product should be communicated within 24 hours upon receiving the item. Please contact us through our FB/IG account @alloutfitnessph and send us a photo and video of the item as a supporting document/s. Verification of the submitted documents might take 3-5 days. No worries we will be sending you updates from time to time.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting it.

If your return is approved, we will notify you and discuss with you on how we can initiate the refund.
