The Parallettes are small gymnastics devices that are used primarily to replicate or simulate the parallel bars.. They are similar to the pushup bars or dip bars but these are generally longer and lower to the ground.
The Parallettes can be used in strength exercises such push ups, dips, v-sits, tuck planche, handstand push ups and ab workouts. These bars have been used in cross fit and hitt gyms as well. It is easy to use and would be a great addition to your home gym.
